Free Agreements/Guidance

Below is a preview of what the S3B start-ups can access right away. Understanding that resources can be limited, we’ve made all documents marked in orange available for free download, ensuring valuable support at no cost.

Customised Agreements/Assistance

For IP advice or proposed arrangements that can’t be easily addressed through a simple download, Wrays’ team offers consultation services via videoconference or at a Wrays office to finalise the agreement(s) and address any questions related to the agreements, or obtain instructions to lodge a patent application. Any additional assistance beyond the time allocated below will be billed at Wrays’ hourly rates, as outlined in this proposal. The extent to which S3B wishes to subsidise these offerings, and how that might work, is something that Wrays would be very happy to discuss with you.
